Melvin and Josiah first met in 2016 and started Enlightened Profits - united by a common love for marketing, and a passion for making a difference.

Before Enlightened Profits, Melvin spent years teaching kids at an accelerated learning program named Supercamp and was a lead facilitator at the program, teaching up to 300+ kids from the front of the room how to study better and be more motivated in school.

Mid-way, as a result of having to fill these transformational student events, Melvin developed a love for sales and marketing.

He decided that he would take the plunge and start his own business on the side.

Jo was still in university when he decided that he wanted to be his own boss, and not work on anyone else. He wanted the freedom to lead the lifestyle he wanted, and didn't want the hyper-stressed life he witnessed his parents living.

He took on a freelance role as chief marketer "behind the scenes" at a major investment education company, quietly driving a flood of leads to their preview workshops day in and day out. The company he helped marketed grew exponentially because of Jo's unorthodox marketing.

He was their "secret weapon" that no one knew existed.

In mid-2015, Melvin was frustrated because he had tried to start a business on the side for years, but it never seemed to take off.

Something was missing - and Melvin couldn't find the answers.

He decided to travel to study with two of the world's most legendary business teachers - Marshall Thurber and Bill Allen.

Marshall is the original mentor to some of the world's most influential and wealthy entrepreneurs - everyone from Robert Kiyosaki, Tony Robbins to Ben Cohen (Ben & Jerrys) and Mark Victor Hansen were all his students.

Jay Abraham, the billion-dollar marketing wizard, publicly proclaims that "Marshall has powerful business concepts and principles you've never heard of"

Bill Allen took Marshall's class 41 years ago, and went from school drop-out to near-billionaire status as a result of applying Marshall's teachings.

At the class, Melvin finally found the BLUEPRINT to starting and running a successful, highly-profitable business.

By the end of 2015, Melvin had gone from making $800/mth in his business to making 5 figures.

What he had learnt from Marshall and Bill worked.

By 2016, Melvin's business was flooded with leads and he was doing well financially.

But he felt that the lessons he had learnt from Marshall and Bill were "his best kept secret" and there was no way he could pass these on.

At a chance meeting, Melvin met Jo - who was doing awesome at his marketing gig - and proposed working together to spread Marshall and Bill's teachings via live classes in Asia.

Jo agreed, and so began an amazing partnership.

Since our first event in Sept 2016, we've impacted the lives of hundreds of business people around the world and witnessed countless success stories.
